FAQ
How do you count skips?
Registered skips on your Fleet — bins you have added to the system. A skip must be registered before it can be assigned to a job, so the count is self-enforcing rather than an honour system.
What if I go over my skip count?
Extra skips are R49 each per month — you do not jump to the next plan until you are 20% over your band. Example: 11 skips on Starter costs R899 + R49 = R948, not R1,699; you move to Yard at 13 skips.
Do the cheaper plans have fewer features?
No. Dispatch, the driver app, fleet tracking, quotes, recurring jobs, invoicing, credit notes, pay links, and reports are on every plan. Tiers only differ in how big an operation they cover.
Do I have to set it up myself?
Self-serve by default — set up your own yard, your own way. Email support is included with every plan at no extra cost. Want us hands-on? Setup Assist is R2 850 once-off (4 hours remote, one data import, one 90-minute team training). One block is included with Fleet; Network includes full migration and an SLA.
I'm not VAT-registered — what do I actually pay?
The figure shown. Prices include VAT. Nothing is added at checkout.
Do I have to take bookings online or switch everything at once?
No. Phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins are first-class. Log the job once and run dispatch, drivers, and billing from the same record — move over site by site beside your current ops.
Is my data mixed in with other operators?
Every account is isolated by row-level security by default. If you need your own dedicated database for a tender or a corporate client, that is an add-on at R950 a month.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes, on every tier, at no extra cost. Your business name, colour, and phone show on paperwork customers see.
Do you work outside the countries listed on your site?
Yes, where the platform fits local waste rules and licensing. See Countries we support — self-serve is live for those listed; elsewhere, enquire first and we confirm before you pay.
