Common questions

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Your branded storefront and customer portal are web-based. Customers book, view their jobs, and request collections from any browser — no app store needed.

How does the driver app work?

Drivers log in on their phone's browser. SkipDrop works as a PWA (Progressive Web App) — it installs to their home screen and works offline. Job updates sync automatically when they're back online.

Can I use my own payment gateway?

SkipDrop integrates with PayFast, which supports credit/debit cards, instant EFT, and PayShap. Offline payments (COD, EFT into your account) are recorded manually and tracked in the system.

How many drivers can I add?

Basic includes 3 driver accounts, Pro up to 10, Fleet up to 25. Enterprise is unlimited drivers and operators.

Is my data safe? Who can see it?

Each business runs in its own data partition with row-level security enforced at the database layer.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export what you need.
